General medicine in Aigle

Two general practitioners provide everyday medical care for adults and families across the Chablais. Both are accepting new patients. Blood samples are taken at the practice, and some blood and urine tests are analysed in its own laboratory.

What the consultation covers

  • Consultations for a one-off reason: fever, pain, infection, injury.
  • Follow-up of chronic conditions: diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure.
  • Vaccination and prevention.
  • Health check-ups and routine examinations.
  • Medical certificates and reports.
  • Medical fitness-to-drive examinations, levels 1 and 2 (including professional licences), with Dr Mokhtari.
  • Sport-related consultations: fitness certificates, injuries.
  • Practice emergencies during opening hours.

When the consultation widens

If your situation involves food or movement, your doctor will refer you to the practice dietitian or physiotherapist. You stay in the same place, any prescription needed is written on site, and your practitioners talk to each other directly.

Booking

Appointments with both doctors can be booked online through OneDoc. You can also call the practice during opening hours.
